Biography :

Diane Benjamin, "The Legend of Preston Hollow" and "Eruv Specialist" became a licensed Realtor in 1979. For over 43 years she has earned a reputation for understanding the needs of buyers and sellers, and has been a consistent TOP PRODUCER!  Diane enjoys mentoring new agents and helping to enhance new Realtor professionals and the real estate industry having served on Government Affairs Committee for TREPAC (Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee) and serving on a panel for Diversity programs in the real estate industry.

Recently, Diane decided to enjoy the fine name and reputation that she has built through the years in not only her real estate profession, but in her community service activities...and so, changed her broker to a company that has been in business since 1925! "Enough of these franchise fees! I have earned a good name in my profession and want MY name and MY telephone number on MY signs!"

United has a fine reputation as well, having served the real estate community in farm and ranch land (which Diane also sells!) and in mortgages, in auctions and commercial...all under one umbrella. Diane stated: "it's about time that I have a company that supports me in all areas of real estate rather than I supporting it and some executives playing golf while i''m out there in the real world selling real estate!"
